My Real Estate Certifications
Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS): In any market, sellers should have the opportunity to communicate with a real estate professional and ensure the best results in selling their home.
Residential Construction Certification (RCC): This certification provides knowledge of what it takes to buy land and complete the process of transitioning into a completely finished home. The RCC designation is more about knowing what goes into building a home correctly and being able to communicate with the builder.
Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS): When purchasing new construction, a person should acquire a real estate professional that understands how a home is built from the raw ground to a finished product. When building, obtain a qualified individual that knows the process and the appropriate agreements as needed. It is all about a flawless closing
