What is different with your services?

MyRealtyOK  provides packages that can be tailored to you specifically.  From Do-It-Yourself clients to those who want all aspects of a real estate transaction completed, we handle it all.  By enabling you to list your home on our MLS flat fee service, we list your property for a fraction of the price that normal realtors would get if you are willing to handle other aspects of your real estate transaction.  We are there for you throughout the process! Your listing works the exact same way that a traditional real estate listing works while saving you thousands of dollars. You have the option to select the package that most meets your personal needs and is tailored to the services that you truly need.   MyRealtyOK does not have expensive buildings to pay or multiple employees or independent contractors. Savings are passed directly to you since I am a Broker and REALTOR®.    Your listing looks exactly the same as all other listings and you determine which services you personally will handle or if you want us to handle everything.  If a buyer agent brings you a buyer, you will need to pay that buyer's broker, which is normally 2%-3%.  If you sell the property without a buyer broker, you get to keep that commission or savings.  

How quickly can we get the property listed?

Typically, this occurs within a few days of receiving the photos and necessary documents. Often, it is beneficial to launch your property listing on specific days of the week to prepare for weekend showings and capitalize on the busiest viewing days. 

Can you guarantee a sale?

There are many factors that go into a successful sale.  Pricing is very important.  If a seller asks too high of a price, the traffic or viewing appointments will be low.  Condition is another factor that is very important: buyer's like a nearly move-in ready home.  A seller needs to declutter the house and make sure that they are looking through the eyes of the buyer.  For example, if personal pictures are everywhere, buyers find it very difficult to imagine the property as their own.  Recently, I saw a Broker had a house for sale in my neighborhood.  The property had too high of a price and in the long run, it cost the seller a few thousand dollars because the initial traffic was very poor and people think something is wrong with a house that has been on the market for a long time.  

How do I get offers (potential contracts)?

Offers are typically sent directly to you. However, if they are received by MyRealtyOK, we will forward them to you. Should you possess the Gold or Full-Service package, which includes the contract review option, please utilize this service by sending the contracts to dmontgomeryre@gmail.com for review before signing.

Why do you list like this?

Money doesn't grow on trees. When I was a Realtor Associate, I received a portion of the commission, with the remainder going to the brokerage. Now, as a Broker with my tailored package offerings, I pass the savings directly to you.
